Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, the Court Administrator's office is required to collect filing fees and other Court fees as indicated below:
FEES
All fees of the Court Administrator shall be paid in advance at or prior to the time of the performance of any service requiring payment of such fees, and the Court cannot proceed in any matter requiring the payment of fees until the full amount is paid.
NSF Check Fees:
A $30 service charge will be assessed on dishonored checks. Additional civil penalties may be imposed for nonpayment of a dishonored check as provided in Minn. Stat. §604.113.
